Shipping & Delivery Policy
Iconcraft is a digital service. Nothing is shipped physically.
How you receive the service
Your account and the studio are available at iconcraft.in as soon as you sign in. When you upgrade to Pro, it activates immediately after Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within seconds, and your Pro credits appear in the studio's account menu.
Your files
Icons you make are delivered as downloads or copies you create yourself in the studio: SVG, React, PNG and other export formats, or direct copy and paste into Figma.
If something doesn't arrive
If Pro hasn't activated within an hour of a successful payment, email support@iconcraft.in with the payment details and we'll fix it or refund you.
