Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancelling

• Cancel any time from the account menu in the studio (Cancel subscription), or by emailing support@iconcraft.in.
• Pro stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for. After that it does not renew and your account moves to the Free plan.
• Your icons, styles and files stay in your account after you cancel.
• Changed your mind? You can resubscribe from the account menu before your paid month ends, with no gap and no extra charge until it ends.

Refunds

Pro gives immediate access to credits and features, so payments are generally non-refundable, including for partly used months. We will refund you in full if:

• you were charged twice for the same period;
• you were charged after cancelling;
• a technical fault on our side stopped you using Pro and we couldn't fix it within a reasonable time.

If you were charged by mistake for a renewal you didn't want and haven't used any Pro credits since, write to us within 7 days and we'll refund it.

How to request a refund

Email support@iconcraft.in from your account email with the payment date and amount. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank.

Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing, so there's nothing to refund. Unused credits on any plan don't carry over and can't be exchanged for money.
