Terms of Service

1. The service

Iconcraft lets you design icons and icon families in a browser-based editor, generate icons and illustrations with AI, and export them as vector files, code and images. Some features need an account; AI drawing uses credits.

2. Your account

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that email secure: anyone who can open your sign-in links can use your account. You must give a real email address, be at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian's consent), and use one account per person. You are responsible for activity on your account.

3. Plans, credits and payment

• Free plan: 20 credits a month, up to 10 a day, on our standard AI model.
• Pro plan: ₹900 per month, 400 credits a month, no daily limit, and access to Best quality on our most capable model.
• One credit is one AI drawing request. Designer polish uses one extra credit per take, and Best quality uses 3 credits per request. Credits reset on the 1st of each month and do not roll over.
• Pro is a subscription billed monthly in advance through Razorpay and renews automatically until you cancel. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next billing period.
• If a renewal payment fails, Razorpay may retry it. If it still fails, your account returns to the Free plan.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel Pro at any time from the account menu in the studio. Pro stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and then does not renew. Refunds are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. What you create

Icons, illustrations and files you create with Iconcraft are yours to use, including commercially, subject to these terms and the law. AI-generated output may resemble existing designs and is not guaranteed to be unique or registrable as a trademark; you are responsible for checking that your use of any output does not infringe someone else's rights.

You keep ownership of the prompts, reference images and designs you put into Iconcraft. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you, including sending them to our AI provider to produce your drawings.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload or generate content that is illegal, infringes others' intellectual property, or is hateful, harassing, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise harmful;
• upload reference images you don't have the right to use;
• try to get around credit limits, the CAPTCHA or other protections, create multiple accounts to collect free credits, or use the service through automated scripts or bots;
• resell access to the service or use it to build a competing AI service;
• attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and decline AI requests that appear to violate them.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Iconcraft available, but it is provided as is, without guarantees of uninterrupted service. Features, limits and AI models may change over time. If we make a change that materially reduces what a paid plan includes, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Iconcraft is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

9. Ending your use

You can stop using Iconcraft at any time and ask us to delete your account by writing to support@iconcraft.in. We may close accounts that break these terms, with notice where reasonable. Sections 5, 8 and 10 continue after your account ends.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction. Please contact us first at support@iconcraft.in; most issues can be resolved quickly by email.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we will notify you by email or in the studio before they apply. Continuing to use Iconcraft after that means you accept the updated terms.
